Every tool here works without an account. Nothing asks you to sign in, and nothing is held back if you give no details.

Do not enter anything you would not want submitted through a website.

What the tools keep

The tools run in your browser. Name, Card + Card and Cycles compute their results on your device and send nothing to any server — what you type is not transmitted or recorded by the site.

The Calendar tool also runs on your device, and your entries stay there. To mark the moon phases it requests a year of public moon data from the US Naval Observatory (aa.usno.navy.mil); only the calendar year is sent, never a name or a birth day, and the result is cached in your browser so it is not fetched again.

Your browser

A few things are saved on your device and never sent anywhere: the Calendar tool remembers the names and birth days you last entered and the moon data it fetched, and Magic Squares keeps any game in progress under sudoku_toolsite_v1. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of them. WARNING: If your privacy browser/settings autoclear on exit, progress will be lost.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, it sends your name, email, subject and message to support@symbolmirror.com so we can reply. It is used only to answer you.

Tips

Tips are taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. Card details never reach this site. Stripe holds the payment record; this site would record only that a tip was started and whether it completed.

No one from Symbol Mirror will ever ask you to send card numbers by email or message.

Analytics

Every page runs Google Analytics, property G-LN35DR6GZ6. It sets cookies and reports your IP address, the pages you open, and an approximate location to Google, under Google’s terms.

The rest

Symbol Mirror does not sell personal information. We do not control what Google does with data.

Hosting, security and email providers receive ordinary technical information, such as request logs, in the course of serving the site.
